A recent incident was experienced by one of our team members, of reckless driving by the company EZ Shuttle in Cape Town. Footage of the incident was recorded using a dashcam.
We felt it essential to let EZ Shuttle know about the incident, particularly as the nature of their business is to ensure that customers enjoy a safe travel experience.
We could not commend EZ Shuttle more, regarding the manner with which they handled our complaint.
Footage of the incident was sent to their Call Centre Manager and Team Leader, who followed up with us about the complaint in both a timely and highly professional manner. This was followed by communication from the director of the company, to provide us with the outcome regarding how the incident was managed with the staff member in question.
EZ Shuttle then promptly used our footage as a training exercise for all their drivers to learn from.
